• 30 days or more before departure: Initial Booking Amount + visa fee (if applicable) is non-refundable

• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges

• Initial Booking Amount: INR 5,000 per person (non-refundable & non-transferable)
• 30 days before travel: 50% of the remaining tour cost
• 15 days before travel: 100% of the tour cost
• Flight tickets require 100% payment at the time of issuance
• All non-refundable services under the package must be paid in full at booking
