1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving a non-refundable advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the provided payment schedule.
• Prices shown on the website may vary based on demand and availability. The final price at the time of booking will apply.
• Any special requests (dietary needs, room type, preferences) must be shared during booking. While we try our best to accommodate them, requests are not guaranteed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the Customer:
• Cancellations made 15+ days before travel are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are fully non-refundable.

Cancellations by EcoExplores:
• If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or alternative travel options.

3. Travel Requirements

• Travelers must carry valid ID, travel documents, and comply with all local laws and regulations.
• Permits for eco-sensitive areas like Spiti Valley, Rohtang Pass, Great Himalayan National Park, etc., can be arranged, but delays due to government processes are beyond our control.
• We encourage all guests to follow eco-friendly travel practices, minimize waste, and respect local culture and the environment.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• EcoExplores acts as a coordinator between guests and service providers (hotels, transport, adventure operators). We are not liable for:
 • Personal injury, loss, or damage during travel.
 • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, strikes, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unexpected situations.

5. Governing Law

All bookings and services operate under the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh.
